  This is the way to start Sunday Breakfast! Mr. SuchAFuss gulped them down. The batter made up really fluffy pancakes even with the bananas in it. I always worry with Bananas that the batter will get kind of "tough" but not with this recipe. It is simply perfect and an instant family favorite. Made up bunches - 4 cups easily. I'm sending 3 cups over the folks so they can enjoy and I won't be tempted to over indulge. Pictures posted. Thanks Sunny for shining on this recipe.
