  Recipe by Sunny: Banana Pancakes
  Very fluffy cakes. Really sucks up the syrup. Makes six cakes. Don't be ascared to whisk these to create some gluten because they are fork fall apart tender.
  Mine look a little darker than the rest but are delicious just the same.
  They don't bubble up like a standard pancake, so watch them.
