    A very tasty meatloaf. Nice and juicy. Mine fell apart, so no pic of a slice. I'm used to not combining the meat too much because it makes it tough. In this loaf's case, kneading is required to make it tougher so it will hold together. Yeah, just squeeze it and let it ooze through your fingers like so much clay/mud.
    My thermometer read 185F straight out of the oven without having to let it rest. Did not taste over done because of the higher temp.
    Made mine in a double bottomed loaf pan. Got quite a bit of fluid drainage but it was too liquidy to be fat.

    I don't know Points? It doesn't look like much fat in there to me either just juices. I wonder if an addition of oats or some other filler you are allowed would help it?
