  Beer Battered Shrimp
  Medium shrimp was only $5.99 a pound today where I shop, which is the same price as the hamburger patty (per pound) that I bought! I had to rate this four stars because of the over abundance of the leftover batter and flour. I hate that! Recipes always list too much flour or batter or breadcrumbs when it comes to any battering, it seems to me. I always cut the ingredients in half and this time I still had a lot left over. More pictures and a lot more detail on the recipe.
