    Better Than A 1 Steak Marinade

    A great marinade. I made gravy of the marinade while the steaks were cooking.

    Boil the marinade in a sauce pot for a minute. In another sauce pot over medium heat; melt 1/2c butter (one stick) and add 1/2c flour stirring to incorporate and break up lumps. Stir constantly watching the color of the roux. Do not let it get much past the color of peanut butter.

    To the marinade add 3 cups beef bouillon to make 4 cups total. Add the first cup marinade/bouillon mix while stirring. The roux will get very thick quickly so continue to add the rest of the marinade/bouillon mix. Heat over the medium heat until gravy is thick.
