Better Than A-1 Steak Marinade

Wonderful steak marinade. Sweet and slightly spicy.
Ingredients
- 1/3c vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2c soy sauce shopping list
- 2 TBs. dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4 med. garliv cloves,minced or press through garlic press(about 4 teaspoons) shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced fresh chives shopping list
- 11/2 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together ingredients in medium bowl. Place in gallon-sized zipper-loc bag;press out as much air as possible and seal.
- Refrigerate 1 hour and up to 90 mins,flipping bag halfway through to ensure steaks marinate evenly.

Oh, love the chives. I think this would be great on lamb....might give that a shot. Sounds very close to what my mom used on her lamb chops. Yummy.
