Better Than A-1 Steak Marinade Recipe

Wonderful steak marinade. Sweet and slightly spicy.

Ingredients
- 1/3c vegetable oil
- 1/2c soy sauce
- 2 TBs. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 4 med. garliv cloves,minced or press through garlic press(about 4 teaspoons)
- 2 Tbs minced fresh chives
- 11/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Whisk together ingredients in medium bowl. Place in gallon-sized zipper-loc bag;press out as much air as possible and seal.
- Refrigerate 1 hour and up to 90 mins,flipping bag halfway through to ensure steaks marinate evenly.

Did up some strip steaks in this marinade and used the marinade to make a brown gravy.

Oh, love the chives. I think this would be great on lamb....might give that a shot. Sounds very close to what my mom used on her lamb chops. Yummy.
