Better Than A-1 Steak Marinade Recipe

How to make it

  • Whisk together ingredients in medium bowl. Place in gallon-sized zipper-loc bag;press out as much air as possible and seal.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour and up to 90 mins,flipping bag halfway through to ensure steaks marinate evenly.

    Oh, love the chives. I think this would be great on lamb....might give that a shot. Sounds very close to what my mom used on her lamb chops. Yummy.

    Did up some strip steaks in this marinade and used the marinade to make a brown gravy.
