    Yes, I agree! Especially gluten free. We did that for a long time, but when we slowly went back to regular bread we were ok. I still buy gluten free pasta and the kids have gluten free rice krispies or chex cereal. Oh, the crushed gf cereal crumbs might be a good sub for bread crumbs too! :)

    Mommyluvs2cook, i have used almond meal as breading on chicken and it worked just fine. I put it in the fridge for a while first or it will fall off your meat.
