  Blitz Bread No Fuss Focaccia
  
  A good focaccia with plenty of flavor. Remember to spray the dough covering so it will not stick to the dough.
  
  Didn't like the way the dough rode up onto the stem of the beaters. I used the small regular egg beater type beaters on the dough instead of a larger beater. My bad! Got all over the bottom of the electric mixer.
  
  Sprinkled focaccia with sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses for the last 10 minutes of bake time.
