  Midgelet posted this yesterday and I made it for last night's dessert. Had unexpected guests and prepared this in a heart beat. It was delicious! Not overly sweet, which I enjoyed. I served it with amaretti cookies on the side. I bet it can be done with other fruits and be equally delicious.
