Bread Fresh Dough Enhancer

    A recipe for all you bakers out there. Use 1 teaspoon per cup of flour in your yeasted bread recipes to invigorate the yeast and keep baked goods fresh longer.
    Recipe makes just a little over 6 cups enhancer. Keep it stored sealed in your pantry or fridge if you like.
    I get more oven spring using the enhancer than without. Haven't really let a loaf of bread sit around long enough to well test the keeping aspect of the enhancer.
