  Recipe by Africhtl: Broccoli Cheese Chicken/saved
  Good recipe. Nice and moist and flavorful.
  Did season the chicken before coating it with flour.
  Put it in a 3qt stoneware dish.
  Steamed fresh broccoli to go under the chicken.
  Plated it with Sweet Potatoes Au Gratin/saved

  There are 2 kinds of this soup at the store. High octane and 98% fat free. Both are a condensed soup.

  Might just double up on the veggie portion of the recipe leaving the meat out. And maybe add an egg or two to set it all up nicely.
