Sweet Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

How to make it

  • Place potatoes ina greased 8-in. square baking dish
  • In a bowl , beat egg
  • Add cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper; mix well
  • Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 40 to 45 min. or until potatoes are tender.

    I love sweet potatoes, but I have never had them like this. Might give this a try!

    I have never seen a recipe for sweet potatoes like this before...
    But I can imagine that they will really taste great cooked
