Sweet Potatoes Au Gratin

    Nice savory sweet potato flavor in a light custard. I can tell there is egg in the custard.
    No liquid in the bottom.
    Tested and baked it 15 more minutes.
    Had a jumbo sweet potato. Cut it in quarters then sliced. Only used 3/4 of the potato. It was a big one.
