  This was really delicious! Mine didn't marinade for three hours though. It didn't marinade for two either. Heck, I'm lucky if it made one half of an hour! But, after getting home from work, I didn't want to wait three hours for dinner. If you don't like sweet, though, you probably shouldn't make this. I do love brown sugar on salmon or maple syrup so this was perfect for me.
