    Buffalo Chicken Wrap by DetroitTokyo

    This sounded delish but since it was a last-minute lunch, I didn't have all the ingredients. I had 1 cooked chicken breast in the refrig that I shredded, instead of taking time to clean and cut carrots, I simply cut carrot chips in small strips. I also had a ripe and delicious looking tomato from my garden that I just HAD to use and so subbed that for the red cabbage. I only had flour tortillas smaller than wrap size, and ended up doing what DetroitTokyo said not to do because I filled them so full that I didn't have room for the cheese! A wonderful lunch with freshly brewed iced tea and a juicy pear.
