Buttermilk Wheat Bread

    Recipe by Frankieanne: Buttermilk Wheat Bread Bread Machine
    Converted to a hand made loaf, almost. Used a food processor. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Did not use any wheat bread and clabbered 2% milk for buttermilk with 1 teaspoon white vinegar.
    Good texture. Soft. Sandwich quality crumb.
    Very nice oven spring. Wish I had a picture to share.
