Buttermilk Wheat Bread (bread machine)

I think this bread is a bit misnamed as it is mostly a white flour bread. I don't know where I got this recipe so I can't give credit but the picture is mine. Be sure you let your buttermilk come to room temperature.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tbs butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 package (1/4 oz) active dry yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order recommended by the manufacturer. Select "white bread" setting. Yields one 1.5 lb. loaf.

A nice bread with quite a bit of oven spring. Made it manually, almost. Used food processor. Baked at 350 for 40 minutes.
