Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Pizza

Took my onions about 20 minutes to get nice and caramelized. The patience thing was a little harder this time cause I was starving ;) The results were a delicious little pizza. I made this on a mini pizza crust for myself. The balsamic gives so much flavor!

All kidding aside, I LOVE all of the ingredients. Except I'm not a super big fan of rosemary ~~ I like the flavor, so maybe I'd change my mind if I used fresh. The dried is needle-like and I always seem to stab myself... :(

GK, I think you need a kitchen that is OSHA approved. It sounds like you need body armor, safety glasses, gloves and a hard hat. Do you have a sign stating "Hard Hat Area" over the kitchen entrance? You better be careful. We would miss you here if something should happen. Especially if you were to slip on the poor skinless garbanzo thingys rolling all over your floor
