  Bread Machine Caraway Cheese Bread
  
  A very good tasting loaf of bread. Had trouble with it rising and baking but it was all my fault. Did not use a bread machine. Was trying to convert it to a hand kneaded recipe.
  
  Doubled the recipe so I could make a regular size loaf. Baked at 350 for 30 minutes minimum. Had to bake it some more after I cut into the loaf to find it still doughy in the middle. All purely my fault for rushing things. So the bake time is probably somewhere between 35 and 55 minutes. Made a picture.
  
  Used pepper jack cheese instead of Swiss.
