Bread Machine Caraway Cheese Bread

A delicious bread to serve with soup or make a great sandwich with.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast shopping list
- 2 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. nonfat dry milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Do not use programmable timer.

A very good tasting loaf of bread. Had trouble with it rising and baking but it was all my fault.
Doubled the recipe so I could make a regular size loaf. Made a picture for you.
