Cheese and herb Stuffed Focaccia

    Good focaccia if you like goat cheese. Used rosemary. Made in a food processor. Dough had a tough time relaxing so it could be rolled out to one foot circle. Used 50/50 AP and bread flour.
    My loaf didn't turn out anything looking like the author's picture. Looked more like a toad stool because the edges didn't seal real well.
    Used it to sop up some cream of chicken soup.
