    Cheese Pumpkins By: Morninlite

    I knew I had to make these when I first saw them. Did a batch up for our Halloween party over the weekend. I used Win Schuler's Original Cheddar Cheese Spread, a Michigan product. I used about 7 oz and made them about 1 - 1.5 tsp each. I skipped the peanuts and put them onto crackers, using leaves from a head of broccoli in place of the parsley. I served extra crackers on the side b/c it is a lot of cheese for one cracker. This was very fun to serve and I will probably bring them to our family's thanksgiving dinner.
