Made this for Sunday dinner. It is not a fancy recipe and it simple white wine and honey glaze brings out the best in these little chickens.

Hoping Chef doesn't mind but I put up a picture of my dinner plate as she didn't have one there yet.

You wouldn't want any really strong side dish with this. I made a spinach and wild rice casserole with a mint seasoning to accompany the dish. They got along very well.

Interesting! I've never heard of (nor seen) white wine Worcestershire sauce! Where did you find it? At your usual grocery store?

I was just guessing there was a hard return missing there :p

I did also just guess on how much but usually with worstershire less is better than too much. Should have mentioned.

Hello, otterpond. I Googled white wine Worcestershire sauce and there is such a thing! Seems it is kind of hard to come by though. Here is a post I found at recipezaar that suggests how to substitute it if you can't find it:

"Another cooking site said the white whine worcestershire sauce is more delicate than the regular but if you can't get it use regular cut with water 3-1.
I'd cut it with white wine though, if I had some handy."

It is made by the same people that make the regular stuff - Lea & Perrins. I am going to look when I shop on Wednesday.

Well then technically it would appear I have NOT made this recipe as written. Sigh....

Hey, otterpond. I think it would have been helpful if the poster of the recipe had responded to your original comment. Thanks for adding the link to the white wine Worcestershire sauce in the recipe.
