  Recipe by Lisamariecr: Chicken And Cheese Casserole/saved
  A tasty recipe. Not really a casserole. Sets up like chicken parmesan.
  Did some S&P on the bare chicken before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  Did not use the Italian spice because I used Italian flavored bread crumbs.
  Breasts were @ 150F after 30 minutes. I suggest just a little more time and test with a temperature meter for 165F.
