    Was this ever good! I loved it! I had two huge chicken breasts so I cut them in half. I baked this for 35 minutes and the meat was so moist. The only complaint is that the bacon on the bottom doesn't get crispy due to the sauce but the flavor is so good I could easily overlook it. Loved the foil clean-up. I'm definitely making this again.

    It was just a texture thing - the fact that the bacon didn't get crispy on the bottom. It sure didn't stop me from digging in! :-D Thank you, ml2c.
