Chicken Curry With Cauliflower And Peas

I had some leftover grilled chicken breast from the other night and a head of cauliflower that I needed to use up. Using the search bar I found this recipe. I hate pulling out my food processor for little things, it's just a pain to wash, but in this case you really shouldn't skip that step :) I used cilantro and served over rice. Meant to serve sprinkled with the cashews but forgot :\ Thought it was pretty dang good!!
