    Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs

Great recipe! I just had this for lunch. . Very well balanced flavors. The sauce is the star! I followed Wynne's advice and doubled it. It made a great dip. Made basmati rice as a side dish.
    I think I wiil make this a lot :)

I'm so delighted you enjoyed it, Ana. I actually made it again last night and served it up with some beer battered onion rings and the sauce was perfect for them. Thanks for such a great review. I really appreciate it.

Love recipes with so few (or at least one's on hand) ingredients and tons of flavor and this looks like one of those! Good one ;)

I've never heard of Thai sweet chili sauce. Is it hot?

It's got some heat and by that I mean hardly any...hence the Sriracha addition. Frank's makes a really good one and it's pretty reasonably priced.

Thanks, Wynne. I'll have to look for it. I just noticed its an ingredient in a salmon recipe I have bookmarked!

That's awfully sweet of you to say, MP. Thank you!!...Knowing how you like ''spice' so much, I'd suggest more Sriracha for you.
