Chicken Lickin' Good Pork Chops

    Several people have made this recipe in this group but I couldn't find the review string. So here's another one.
    Fork tender.
    Done at 6 hours on LO with an internal temp above 160F. For a more medium steak shoot for 140F so check earlier in the crock time.
    Made it with a double portion of "cream of" soup.
    Pork was cut 1 1/4 to 1/2" thick. Made a pic.
    Moist and tasty.
    Used a whole loin sliced up.
    Bag and tag for the freezer as soon as it has cooled down enough.
    I used 1 1/2 thick steaks so watch the temp so your pork doesn't become too dry, which is a problem with overcooked pork.

    The side is a couple spoons of kidney beans with ground beef that mother brought home from the senior center. If it was supposed to be chili it wasn't spicy at all. Had a slice of bread to sop the plate clean.
