Chicken Pot Stickers With Soy Dipping Sauce

These are very good! All of the pot stickers I've have had are steamed. I'm curious if she was confused with another recipe when she made up the directions, because even in her picture they look steamed. Anyway regardless they are good fried :) I fit as many as I could in 1 pan then I baked the rest, just to see which I liked better. I liked the fried better, go figure. The baked one's were still good but the texture of the wonton still had a slightly raw flavor to it even though it was completely cooked. I used green and purple cabbage, and doubled up on all the ingredients for the dipping sauce, except left the sesame oil the same. Very delicious, but I would like to give these a go steamed because I really do think that's what she meant to have in the directions.
I posted a picture of both the fried and baked versions. The baked one's I brushed with an egg wash beforehand.

Oh, those look good! I think the dipping sauce sounds good. I like fried or baked potstickers. I like how crunchy they can get.
