Chicken Tetrazzini

    This is amazing!!! I made everything a little easier on myself and used one pan for all of it. I first cooked my cubed chicken and sat aside an then added the rest of the ingredients (not all at once but in increments). Then added the pasta in and the parmesan. The pasta I used was called Italian herb pasta. I got it from these guys (delicious by the way) ----> http://gourmettexaspasta.com/ Topped off with some chopped parsley for a little color.

    Thanks Frankie! That pasta is SO GOOD!!!!! They are a bit pricey, but such a nice treat! I bought four packages back in August at a farmers market they were at and just now finished them up. I only used them rarely. The Italian herb one is my favorite for sure. I would love to try that chipotle one! Yum!
