From Manella: Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

We loved these chewy yummies and ate four right out of the oven! Gee, you'd think we'd never had a cookie before! They are rich, so I'm glad I only made half the recipe or I'd be wearing them forever on my hips from eating the whole batch ;)

Mommyluvs2cook, unless your hubby is allergic to coconut, leave it in for the chewiness it provides. It's such a small amount that I bet he'll never notice it and just think it's a nice chewy cookie! ;)
