  I was looking for new recipes for Christmas and found this great recipe on Tanille1975's page. This was a big hit in my candy boxes! It had a great coconut flavor and a wonderful creamy texture. I think it would be very good with some chopped macadamia nuts in it. The fudge made a generous batch, and could easily fit in a 9-inch pan, too.
