coconut fudge

- 1 12 oz. bag white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 6 oz bag flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cups evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring shopping list
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme shopping list
How to make it
- In large pot over med heat, cook and stir butter, sugar and milk
- Bring to boil for 5 minutes or candy temp of 230 degrees.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallow creme and white choc chips stirring til well blended and chips are melted.
- Add in coconut and flavoring.
- Mix and pour into sprayed medium baking dish.
- Cool then chill til firm.

I tried this for Christmas and everyone loved it. The fudge had a great coconut flavor and a creamy texture. It was delicious on it's own, but would be good with some chopped toasted almonds or macadamia nuts, too. I put it in an 8-inch square pan...more
