    Well flavored. A little chewy. I prefer a longer simmer time but it's good as is.
    Picked a double batch. Will make it again tomorrow.
    Good with or without vinegar.

    It is very good without vinegar. Probably only reason to use vinegar is if the collards have a bitter taste.
