    Cream Of Mushroom Soup

    What a fantastic soup recipe. I did not have enough beef broth so used some chicken broth. Maybe close to half and half but as I said the soup was fantastic. I can tell that it will be over the top great with the full beef broth. Will be making again thank you BA for sharing this recipe.

    Good looking recipe, Nadine, and I bet using half beef and half chicken broth didn't hurt it one bit! The recipe photo looks like it would be thick enough to use as a healthy sub for the canned stuff.
