    Creamy Apple Cobbler

    It's a cobbler. With that said, the dish needs some work.

    Too much soup in the bottom. It didn't thicken up. The whole wheat topping does not match the flavor of the apple filling.

    I'm thinking the dish (either the topping or the filling) needs some cinnamon and nutmeg.

    I'm not sure why the title says creamy. I detected no creamy texture.

    I did have a handful of blueberries left over from some blueberry ricotta pancakes that I threw into the apple boil. It made a nice burgundy color to the apples.
