Creamy Broccoli Kale Soup

I had never really cooked with Kale before and had quite a bag full so went on a GR search for something to do with it and ended up making Otterpond's
Creamy Broccoli Kale Soup
and it was fabulous! I didn't have a Poblano Pepper so just used a plain red one. I subbed the Chicken broth with veggie and just added maybe 1/3 cup evaporated milk and a bit more veggie broth and didn't do the Non Fat Dry milk with the water. I was a little anxious putting the orange juice in there but it totally worked and the mix of the Chili paste with the spices is really nice. Tons of flavour. I didn't add Nutmeg just because we're not big nutmeg fans.
The name "Creamy Broccoli Kale Soup" doesn't do this recipe justice. In its intro it says that this is a "Soup Pot Celebration" and I think that that is a more apt name for it alright! :) Thanks Laura. It's a keeper!
