  I guess you could say I’ve been on a pineapple kick lately. I absolutely loved the idea of this recipe and just had to try. Now, Hubby and I differ in tastes when it comes to coleslaw, so I’m happy to report that we finally have one that we can both agree on. Two thumbs up from hubby! It’s creamy, which I like. Not-so-sweet, which he likes. He loves pineapples. I love walnuts. It’s a match made in heaven! I will definitely be making this one again real soon. I’m also adding it to the list of things to make for my “Hawaiian Luau” that I somehow never get around to hosting. lol! Thank You, Elle551 for sharing this recipe!
