Creamy Pineapple Dressing Recipe

How to make it

  • Whisk together all ingredients until well blended. If using fresh pineapple juice, reserve until other ingredients are mixed to control the thickness of the dressing. Refrigerate if not used immediately.
  • Pour over cole slaw mix, toss and serve.

    If you are tired of plain old coleslaw, this is a must try. Very creamy and believe it or not, it’s not overly sweet. The walnuts really add a nice element to this by giving it a bit of a crunch. Two thumbs up from hubby who is difficult to please when it comes to coleslaw. Definitely a keeper and perfect for that summer BBQ picnic! Thank you, Elle551 for sharing this wonderful recipe!

    This is quick and easy if you use canned pineapple, but of course fresh pineapple is even better! I like to use this over a packaged cole slaw mix. We like adding approx 1/4 cup dried cranberries to the salad.
