Creamy Scrambled Eggs

    These are definitely nice and soft eggs! I'm not sure that I have ever put cream cheese in my eggs but I have seen a someone on Food Network do it before. I may have over stirred mine a bit out of habit...my egg pieces are smaller than the picture, oh well :) Also my eggs are darker because I used the same pan that I just quickly wiped out after cooking bacon. We really did enjoy these especially with that side of bacon, and of course some coffee :) :)

    That looks super yummy! I love green onions on my eggs although I've never tried cream cheese in them. Did you actually find a 3 oz package? I don't think I've ever seen that. I would just chop into an 8 oz. :-)

    I have seen the 3 oz. packages of cream cheese but price wise, totally worth just buying the whole block, which is what I used and just lopped of 3 oz.
