  Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
  
  Was looking for a nice creamy soup and I got one! It was delicious! Loved the addition of the bacon, the ONLY complaint I have is that I wish I would have just added the bacon at the end as a topping instead of simmering the soup with it. It got quite soggy and I really enjoy the crunch of bacon. Also with the season right now...I had no fresh basil so I used dried.
