    Crispy Baked Dijon Chicken

    Wow what a wonderful recipe. I used smoked paprika and Italian bread crumbs as that is what I had in the house. Did not have enough leftover bread in the freezer. Will be making again.

    Hi I did not find the mustard strong at all but I guess it would depend on the spice of the Dejon mustard. Oh and you only need a thin layer on the chicken.
