Easy dish. Set it and forget it. Good flavor. Served a small portion up over rice tonight. Tomorrow it will be over egg noodles.
Didn't use the suggested cut of meat. Went for one with a little more marbling so it would be more tender. Couldn't find any condensed beef broth. Had to make my own from bouillon.
Done in 8 hours on LO.

I'm not familiar with condensed beef broth. I'll have to look next time to see if there is such a thing around here. I like seeing crockpot recipes in here. We don't see too many of those!

Condensed beef bouillon: 1 cube or teaspoon granuals with half the required water. Or you could make your own beef broth and reduce it by half. Or good luck finding it in a store.
