  Quick, easy, tastes like ham, not salty. Now I have a crock full of pig squeezings to scratch my head over.

  You should cook some beans in your 'pig squeezins'. Mom always put on a pot of white beans with some onion, carrot, the ham juice and the ham bone after doing a big ham. Yum!
