Crock Pot Midwestern Ham And Potato Casserole
This was very easy to put together, tasted yummy, great comfort food. Only changes made were to leave the skins on the potatoes; added some fresh garden chives for color, subtle taste and because we have a bumper crop--we like them too. We would make this again. Posted my photo.
Only gave it four stars as I like a little more spunk. Next time I will either add diced green chiles or crushed chile.

Sounds great!!! Several nights a week I am doing crockpot since my daughters in some dance classes and girlscouts which meet right around dinner time, so this sounds like a great one! I might jazz it up a little as you said though.....it doesn't seem like there is much liquid in this either...did you have to add any stock or anything?

You made that plain old potato casserole beautiful. All dressed up and ready for Sunday dinner with the pretty flowers on its vest. I like you would spice it up, however, my Mr. SuchAFuss would love it just the way it is. Those are all of his favorite food groups.

@ Mommy, nope didn't add any liquids, that's what I love about slow cookers.
@ Otter, well thank you. I'm far from being a good photo taker and Mr. Breezy does not allow much time for picture taking so I usually don't have much for garnish or perfect placement. And LOL, his favorite food groups huh?
