  Well I'm no dummy to pot roast but I have not made one with coke and have always wanted too. This came out SO GOOD! My roast was 8 lbs!!! It was bone in though and I trimmed some of the off hoping to make it smaller lol! Everything barely fit!I doubled up on the coke and onion soup. I made some of the leftovers tonight into BBQ sandwiches. Worked great!
