    Posted by allbright. This was a bit too sweet for me, but still OK. I have pictures to post but I am having (a lot of!) problems with this site today. I already posted this message once before, but it didn't show up. :(

    Have you considered making your own cherry filling? That way you can control the amount of sweet or tart. Can't be all that tough. Use dried rehydrated cherries. Fresh cherries can be more problematic getting the stones out.
