How to make it

  • Lightly butter 31/2 quart crock.
  • Pour cherries into crock.
  • In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Cut in butter with fork.
  • Sprinkle crumbs over cherries.
  • Cook for 5 hours on LOW.

    I've always wanted to try dessert in my crockpot. I found this recipe several places online but also here, so I will rate this one rather duplicate a post. The "crisp" part was surprising good and kind of crispy. That surprised me. This was a bit too sweet for me though. The amount of "crisp" could be a bit more. Or, next time, vanilla ice cream with it will help. Posted a couple of pictures.
