I made this tonight and it was OMG good!!! This is another very cool recipe by Sadie! Its soooo easy and sooo tasty! The sauerkraut tasted like carmelized onions and the chicken just melts in your mouth. And I had to soak up the delicious juices with bread! I will be making this ALOT! Full review on recipe page! I made minor changes.

I felt the same way Chuckieb! I thought is sounded strange but I usually love all of Sday5's recipes, so I knew I'd love this one! Her recipes are like a science experiment...they don't taste like what is in the ingredients! Somehow the ingredients kind of morph into something that you just don't expect! The same thing happened with her Amazing Beef recipe...a few simple ingredients that totally transform the recipe! Its rare to find recipes like that, but its so cool when you do!
