Crustless Quiche

    I tried Cheffiona's Everything Crustless Quiche tonight and added some ham instead of onions and spinach. I left out the salt because I figured ham was salty enough on its own. It turned out great!

    I used old cheddar and mozzerella - mostly because I had blocks of those to shred and freeze and had collected the leftover chunks that balled up in the food processor.
